Where are you located?
Running a clothing line takes a team, and our team members are located in the US (California) and Europe (Belgium).
Do you have retail stores?
No. We sell mostly through our online shop and at events. This allows us to keep costs down and prices affordable. It also allows us to reach people from all over the world and stay focused on what we do best, designing beautiful new products and helping animals.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal and major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to almost every country in the world.
What does shipping cost?
Add the products to your cart and you'll be presented with 2 or 3 shipping options, depending on where you live.
How long does shipping take?
USA 5 - 10 business days
Canada 6 - 12 business days
Worldwide 10 - 20 business days
Are there additional charges for international customers?
If you live outside the USA, there is a chance you will be charged customs fees or import taxes. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We recommend you visit this Duty calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives.
Returns & Exchanges
Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
What is your return policy?
Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page. If you are still unsure about sizing please do not hesitate to contact us.
We grant refunds in the following cases:
- your item is misprinted, damaged or defective.
- your item has been lost in transit.
Your refund claim must be submitted within 30 days after delivery (or the estimated delivery date). Please provide photo proof.

How does your clothing fit?
Before ordering any clothing items, please refer our Size chart page for details about each of our products. We work with American Apparel clothing and their products tend to be on the smaller side.
I ordered two shirts of the same size, why is one larger?
Some of our designs are printed on different T-shirt models. Check the product description or refer to our size charts here.
How should I care for my tees, crewnecks and hoodies? Will they shrink?
- Machine wash cold with like colors.
- Wash inside out.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not dry clean.
